* The maximum number of spoons for one clock is 8. For the mechanism to work correctly with more than 4 spoons, they’ll be connected in 2 or 3 pieces.

Spoons cannot be moved when the mechanism is locked, as it may break. Therefore, you’ll get a clock with an unlocked movement. You have to put the spoons in the right position, insert the photo and screw on the upper fixing part. You’ll get an instructional video with a detailed description of how to do this.

ORDER PREPARATION

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we usually need four days to prepare the item for shipping (delivery). Please notice that we prepare and ship orders only on business days. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be shipped on Monday. It’s important to understand that delivery and shipping are two different things, and each has its own time frame.
Tracking Number will be provided.

We do our best to ensure that your parcels are delivered intact, but logistics companies are sometimes irresponsible. Therefore, in case of breakdown of some parts of the mechanism, we’ll send you a new one and you’ll need to replace it yourself. You’ll also get instructional video on how to do this. A broken mechanism cannot be the reason for a replacement or return of goods.

Our maps are handmade and all are made to order. The production time of the map is from 5 to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping documents are created after the order. The tracking number starts working as soon as your map is made and shipped.

If you want to make changes to the design, write to us and we will calculate the cost. The minimum price for personalization is $10.
