Your piece is made to order in 1–5 business days, then shipped with tracking in 1–7 business days. Shipping is free from $99. During busy seasons it may take a little longer.
Can I personalize it?
Yes. Add a name, date or message engraved on the back by adding Personalization to your cart together with the piece.
Is it really made by hand?
Yes. More than 100 hours of work go into every piece — cut, sanded, painted, assembled and checked twice by our craftsmen before careful packaging.
What if something isn’t right?
You have 30 days to return non-personalized pieces in their original condition, and every piece carries a 3-year warranty. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll find a solution.
