QUESTIONS
Write to us for any questions and get an answer within 12 hours.
Real art takes time — more than 100 hours go into every piece. Each one passes through our craftsmen’s hands, step by step:
- Cutting & engraving — every layer precision-cut and detailed in real wood
- Sanding — each edge smoothed by hand
- Painting — colour and shading added by hand
- Gluing & assembly — the layers built into one 3D piece and finished by hand
- Double quality check — every detail inspected twice before it leaves us
- Careful packaging — wrapped to arrive in perfect condition, ready to gift
That’s why customers tell us it looks even better on the wall than in the photos.
Your piece is made to order in 1–5 business days. Free tracked shipping usually takes 1–7 business days after dispatch. During busy seasons, production and delivery may take a little longer. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Make it uniquely yours with an engraving on the back. Add a name, date or meaningful phrase by choosing Personalization and adding it to your cart with the product.
To preserve the natural wood finish, avoid excess moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
