If your map or clock doesn't work for you once it's on the wall — for any reason — contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price of the item. The sale discount does not affect your right to a refund.

Terms:

• Item must be undamaged and in resellable condition (unpacking and hanging it is fine — just don't damage it).
• Personalized items (name/date engraving) are exchanged for a new unit if defective, but are not eligible for a cash refund due to customization.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (not store credit), within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• We cover return shipping within the EU/US via a prepaid label; other countries by arrangement.

Every item is photographed before shipping — if yours arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement immediately, no need to send the damaged one back.
